ACCOUNT ACCESS: Your are provided with an password to access your account online when your service is setup. This access give you basic information about your account, example: name, address, what balance is due and when last payment was made. This access is informational only, nothing can be changed at this access point. You can make a payment on your account using your VISA / MC, DISCOVER.

DELIVERY: Pre-payment is required with VISA/MC, DISCOVER on rear dump containers or roll off containers before delivery. If you order a container and pre-paid and changed your mind, please see our 'REFUND' terms.
AUTO-DEBIT CHECKING OR CREDIT CARD: You can sign up to have your monthly statement balance withdrawal auto-debit with your checking or credit card (VISA / MC / DISCOVER). Fill out the auto-debit form online, print it out and mail in or return the auto-debit form that came in with your welcome letter. Once CHITTY Garbage Service receives this information, we will update your account. The information you submit via online or mailed in form will be stored onsite securely for 90 days after that said information has been updated on your account. After 90 days your submitted information online or mailed in form will be destroyed for security purpose. PAYING A YEAR INADVANCE: Pay your Residential Service One Year in Advance - if you pay your residential bill for one year in advance you will receive the 13th month FREE. Please place a note with payment to get proper credit. We are doing this to help you SAVE money and keep our cost down. (you could receive a bill sooner if you have any extra charges added or service rate changes)
