Online Account

Look Up Your Account Online securely enter below your CHITTY Acct# and Password (last four digits of your phone that's on file or your requested password). You can view your account information (account#, service name & address, billing address {if different}, what your balance is as of the last upload and the date of the last payment & amount made). For new customers, your password is printed on your Welcome Letter you received.

Account Look Up payment has a minimum of $10.00 - to make a payment less than $10.00 use the 'one time payment' form below this form. (make sure your credit card info is correct example. name, billing address for that credit card, etc. if this is incorrect your card may be declined)

We bill Monthly - we provide the service first then a bill is sent to you.

• Payments are due by the 25th of every month. (2.5% Late Charge per month on accounts past due)

• Place ACCT# on payment for proper credit.

• Payments are posted the day it is received.

• Save your MONEY! Pay your Residential Service One Year in Advance - if you pay your residential bill for one year in advance you will receive the 13th month FREE. Please place a note with payment to get proper credit. We are doing this to help you SAVE money and keep our cost down.

• Tell a Friend - word of mouth is what CHITTY Garbage excels for. Refer a friend or neighbor to sign up with CHITTY Garbage and you will receive a $10.00 credit towards your account. We require that the person signing up for service must tell us who referred them AT THE TIME THEY SIGN UP.

• SAVE YOUR STAMPS! Use our payment drop box at FAREWAY 619 BURNETT, AMES. It is located on the window ledge by the "Express Lane'. - map this location

• Sign up for E-Bill! Click Here to have your monthly trash bill emailed to you -
