ACCOUNT ACCESS: Your are provided with an password to access your account online when your service is setup. This access give you basic information about your account, example: name, address, what balance is due and when last payment was made. This access is informational only, nothing can be changed at this access point.

It is recommended to change your password every 90 days. The password should contain alpha and numeric mix (maximum 8 characters)

Please make sure your email address is correct. Also make sure your email program will allow email from requestpassword@chittygarbage.com CHITTY Garbage Online Department. (this is an out going email only - any email sent to this address will not be accepted)
